All Credit Card payments are safe and secured by third party payment providers. They use advanced technology, which encrypts your personal information so that no one, including us, can see it.

If you would like to make changes to your order or cancel your order please reach out to our customer care team by one of the following methods: email, Facebook messenger or simply by calling us at 905-488-4068 by 9 AM next day. If you miss out the cut-off time your order cannot longer be modified or cancelled.

WHAT IF AN ITEM I ORDERED IS OUT OF STOCK?
GTA Supermarket offers our clients the best products at the best price. Although our goal is to fulfill 100% of each order, from time to time some products may be unavailable due to market conditions beyond our control. If an item is out of stock, we will let you know once the item has been restocked.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I REFUSE MY ORDER?
If you choose to refuse your order upon delivery, your payment will be refunded after a $9.99 restocking fee and applicable delivery charge and taxes have been deducted. If you require more information please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 905-488-4068.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
In order to ensure accuracy, always review your order upon delivery. If you find any discrepancy between what you ordered and what was delivered, please inform our delivery personal immediately, he/she will indicate it on the invoice. Once the driver returns to the facility, we will credit your account accordingly. Please note that the adjustment may take up to 3 business days to reflect on your account.
If you ordered the wrong product, please note that the item needs to be returned to the driver at the time of delivery. Once the order is delivered, we will not be able to collect the product and issue a refund.
CAN SOMEONE ELSE ACCEPT THE DELIVERY INSTEAD OF ME?
To receive the delivery, the individual must be of 16 years or older and must be present at the address indicated under the Delivery Address. GTA Supermarket requires the receiver’s signature and their name upon receipt of the order.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT AT HOME AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY?
We will contact you 15 to 20 minutes prior to delivering your order. If you are not available at the time of delivery, we will reschedule the delivery; in which case a second attempt delivery fee of $6.99 will be charged. An additional $9.99 restocking fee applies to orders containing any fresh food items that will have to be discarded.
IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?
Our minimum order requirement is $50 excluding tax and delivery fee.
HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?
We charge a flat delivery fee of $5.99 for all our orders.
NOTE: Order must be made by noon for the next day delivery and orders placed after noon will be delivered the following day.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
You can schedule your delivery up to one week in advance or as early as next day delivery. We will contact you 15 to 20 minutes prior to delivery, in order to give you heads up that we are on our way.
HOW DOES REFERRAL PROGRAM WORK?
If you enjoy shopping with us, invite your friends and loved ones to shop with us. For every successful referral * you invite to GTA Supermarket, you’ll get 10% discount which you can use on your next purchase!
*Referrals are considered successful when the new customer (“Referred Customer”) referred by the Eligible Customer made a minimum order of $50. At the Checkout, there will be a Text box where new customer can enter the information (ie. First Name, Last Name, email address etc) about the person who referred him/her.
Please Note, GTA Supermarket reserves the right to enforce a limit of one account per physical address and reserves the right to suspend or close all related account from participating in Our Referral program if a given address has multiple accounts.
